Hi, I'm Lizette. I became a therapist after working as a clinical researcher and birth doula. While I'm passionate about science and advocacy, what I found to be most important is human connection. I specialize in Jungian parts work and IFS, both of which give language and tangibility to what otherwise remains beneath the surface.
